# Un intervenant ponctuel (ex : animateur externe) est-il couvert par l’assurance ?

Non. Un prestataire externe intervenant ponctuellement n’est pas couvert par l’assurance de l’association.
L’association a l’obligation :
* de demander une attestation d’assurance Responsabilité Civile professionnelle à chaque intervenant,
* et de s’assurer que cette couverture est à jour, notamment pour les manifestations
