# L’assurance IA est-elle obligatoire ?

Non, elle est facultative, mais fortement recommandée. Elle peut être souscrite :
* Par chaque licencié, au moment de la prise de licence (via Gestaffil),
* Par l’association, pour couvrir certains profils non licenciés dans le cadre d’événements particuliers.
