# Comment déclarer un sinistre (accident, vol, incendie, dégradation…) ?

La déclaration peut se faire :
* Par e-mail ou courrier postal avec l’ensemble des pièces justificatives
* Par téléphone pour obtenir un accompagnement (en cas de doute ou d’urgence)
